Every coupon code is limited to 1 usage per client. The reasons you might not be able to apply a coupon code could be one or combination of the following:
- Already applied the coupon in past order. You may refer back to your order history.
- The items in cart are bundled package and/or package on-sale.
- Do not fulfill the requirement(s) to apply the coupon.
If none of the conditions above apply, email our support team and include the following information:
- What is the coupon code that you are trying to apply?
- What error message did you get when applying the coupon? (Providing screenshot will be helpful.)
- What is the package link(s) in your cart.
