It counts total hours that viewers have watched, not total hours that you have streamed. For example, when AppSally delivered 36 hour Mixer live stream watch time, it could be 72 people watching you for 30 minutes each or 36 people watching you for 1 hour each or some other combinations. You can also set the maximum number of viewers you want. The more users watching the live stream in a shorter period of time, the faster the watch time hours are delivered.
