When the system shows transaction ID is invalid, please try again after a few minutes because sometimes there may be slight delay in payment notification from payment gateway. If it still shows invalid or not in USD, please refer to the FAQ and solutions according to payment gateway.
The most common reason being didn't follow exactly the instructions to make payment. Below are a few reasons that possibly why your transaction ID could not be verified by system.
PAYPAL
Reasons unable to be verified by system
- Payment not in USD because did not select Recipient currency as USD when sending payment (Sender's currency can be any currency, doesn't matter)
- Incorrect amount (e.g. less than order value)
- Entered wrong Transaction ID (e.g. typo error, copy-pasted extra spacing, etc)
What can you do
- Fill in this form for us manually verify your payment. Please give us 24 hours to verify your payment.
- If you want to speed up the process to start order, you can resend the payment correctly according to the payment instructions, then enter your new transaction ID to verify, so you can access dashboard and submit details. Then open a support ticket or send us an email regarding your order ID and the wrong payment, we will check and refund you the wrong payment in 1-3 days.
PAYONEER
Reasons unable to be verified by system
- Payment status still shows Processing or Approved only but not yet Completed or Received by recipient.
- Incorrect amount (e.g. less than order value)
- Entered wrong Transaction ID (e.g. typo error, copy-pasted extra spacing, etc)
What can you do
- Try to enter Transaction ID again when the payment status changed to completed or received notification from Payoneer stating the payment has been received by recipient.
- If still cannot verify Transaction ID after payment status shows completed, please fill in this form for us manually verify your payment. Please give us 24 hours to verify your payment.
SKRILL
Reasons unable to be verified by system
- Entered extra text in payment message (Instruction is to enter Order ID only without hash) so system couldn't verify properly
- Entered wrong Transaction ID (e.g. typo error, copy-pasted extra spacing, etc)
- Payment not in USD
- Incorrect amount (e.g. less than order value)
What can you do

CRYPTOCURRENCY (via COINBASE)
Reasons unable to be verified by system
- Payment sent after payment window expired/closed
- Payment delayed
- Underpaid due to wrong amount sent or fees
What can you do
- For underpaid issue, send the remaining payment and get the transaction ID (a.k.a. Coinbase Order ID) of both 1st and 2nd payment, then fill in this form for us manually verify your payment. Please give us 24 hours to verify your payment.

- To get the transaction ID, after payment, you will find the URL in your browser address bar that looks something like this https://commerce.coinbase.com/charges/A1B2C3E4, copy the group of alphabet and number (bold text) at the end.
